Services Provided:
Service Group A: Initial Assessment / Evaluation
Voyager will provide a complete initial evaluation, vocational evaluation, transfer skills analysis and vocational exploration services for Veterans. The evaluation provides the VA with counselor information regarding the vocational impact of disability. It assists in development of a draft rehabilitation plan, which discusses feasibility to achieve a vocational goal, entry into work and/or maximum independence in the community.
Service Group B: Case Management / Rehabilitative Services
Voyager will provide Veterans in need of support towards achievement of employment goals through long-term training programs.
Service Group C: Employment Services
These services are provided to assist Veterans to obtain and maintain suitable employment consistent with the Veteran's rehabilitation plan. This includes job readiness assistance, resume development, interview skills and job placement services and post-placement follow up.
Service Group D: Educational and Vocational Counseling
Voyager will provide educational and vocational counseling. This is to assist service members and Veterans to establish job objectives and outline career counseling/ education required to achieve their educational / vocational goals.
Service Group E: Discrete Services
Voyager will provide Veterans with unique services as independent living assessments, job coaching, life skills coaching, and job site analysis.
